Returns

Agar product damaged, leaked ya galat mila hai, to delivery ke 48 ghante ke andar unboxing photo/video ke saath WhatsApp ya email (bajaj4health@gmail.com) par batayein. Hum replacement ya refund denge.

Eligibility

Hygiene karano se khula/used product return nahi hota — sirf damaged/wrong/defective items eligible hain. Original packaging aur invoice zaroori hai.

Refund Process

Approval ke baad 5–7 working days me original payment method me refund. COD orders ka refund bank transfer/UPI se hota hai.

Cancellation

Dispatch se pehle order cancel karne ke liye turant WhatsApp/call karein. Dispatch ke baad cancellation possible nahi.
